rollercoaster tycoon deluxe windowed mode

I've tried enabling virtual desktop every time but no change. I've tried installing the game in different Windows bottles, into its own bottle, etc. Whether in full screen or windowed mode, the program keeps crashing when entering the load / save game screen from the start menu or in game. The game runs exactly the same as when I launch it inside Steam. I also tried just installing it using RCT's setup.exe that I found in the hidden Steam folders inside CrossOver. I've tried doing run commands but it just says Windows doesn't have a program that can run the file. Developed by MicroProse and Chris Sawyer and published by Hasbro Interactive, the game was released for Microsoft Windows on Main North America and in Europe on April 12, 1999. I've tried making sure I can write to the disk CrossOver is on, etc., but I can't locate the problem. RollerCoaster Tycoon is a simulation strategy computer game that features theme park management.

I'm running Crossover 14.0.3 and the RCT is Deluxe, which means it's the original with three expansions. There were similar issues reported at GOG but I haven't found any that work. The cursor turns white and changes to a hand sometimes like it's trying to interact with things, and the music keeps going, but I can't do anything and I have to force quit. Additional Information: The game supports fullscreen mode in 640x480, 800圆x768. The game runs fine-I originally installed it through Steam in Crossover-but whenever I save or load, after I click a button on the dialogue box the screen just goes black. I bought RCT Deluxe off of Steam during the sale and I've been pulling my hair out ever since.
